  I got here after trying to order at another location, however my order didn’t go through in the app. I’m glad we ended up going to this location because the food was fresh and there was no wait. Fast friendly service. Highly recommend this location.

  I placed my order on the app. I ordered 12" roast beef and 12" subway club to go order. When I got home, I unwrapped both sandwich, the bread was burn and hard. I rewrap both and drove back to 801 Volvo Parkway suite 135 location to show them my sandwich, I address the issues and I requested to remake them. The employee unwrapped it verified that the bread was burnt and hard she took it in the back, she said she threw it in the trash. She stated that "I'm going to call my manager before I can remake your sandwich". The manager on the phone first said reused the meat in the sandwich that the employee threw in the trash and then the manager who's on the phone told the employee not to remake my sandwich and I need to leave the restaurant. I left without my sandwiches/subs, that I paid. The manager disregard health code violation, he is telling his employees to reuse meat that already been thrown in the trash. It's only a matter of time before someone will get sick.
