  I didn't know if my battery is dead. Car won't start, had a jump and headed to the shop. The staff was really kind; he tested my battery and alternator for free. Thankfully everything's okay.

  Bought ratchet straps that were ridiculously too short and was told I couldn’t return them because I couldn’t put them back in the packaging, so they could resell them to another customer, so I left them with him and we’ll just dispute it with my bank instead . Was that $12 worth losing a customer? Because I’ll be skipping every one of your stores from now on : I’ll be headed to AutoZone right next-door, which takes returns and has much better Customer Service; and who knows about their product. This guy didn’t even know how ratchet straps worked . So if you’re looking for an auto parts store, skip this one and go to AutoZone that’s 50 feet away from this location.

  Stopped in to get a coil for my daughter's car... I have to preface this with "I am not a mechanic" but Josh went above and beyond to make sure I had the right parts and information to fix my daughter's car. Thank you for the amazing customer service and patience. I will definitely be making this my permanent parts store!

  I cannot rave enough about my experience. Came in to get my battery replaced and Josh gave me 5 star service. He even took the time to replace my connection piece, which he didn't have to do. I will be back and if you go ask for Josh!
