  Went to the S. Battlefield Blvd location to get a test for one of three suggested issues for an auto start problem. They were busy, but a representative named Taryn did not hesitate to haul out the equipment to test under the hood. She showed us the results and explained what the indicators meant. It was determined the battery was toast, causing the issue. She couldn’t have been more involved and when my wife told her she excelled at her work, she replied that sho loves what she does and helping people. Inside I had mentioned a particular windshield wiper I had gotten previously, and she indicated the brand was no longer carried, then proceeded to give a tutorial on wipers with great skill, knowledge and enthusiasm. Not sure I’ve had as an impressive experience at an auto parts store ever. Taryn ( hopefully spelled correctly) is a true asset!
