  5 stars - Shannon is the absolute bestttt! She was very patient with me figuring things out and she’s extremely knowledgeable. I couldn’t believe she was willing to step out in 96 degree weather just to check on my raggedy old car, I’m so grateful. Thank you so much Shannon!   I had a great experience at the Advance Auto Parts in Indian River and wanted to specifically recognize the store manager, Shannon. After having a really frustrating experience at the Monticello Avenue location in Norfolk where I was sold the wrong Freon based on their system and then denied help or a refund I came into this store feeling pretty discouraged. I explained the situation to Shannon, and she immediately took the time to listen and understand what happened. She went above and beyond to help me figure out the correct type of Freon my vehicle actually needed, and didn’t stop there she even helped me find someone who could assist with putting it into my car before I left the store. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to genuinely help completely turned my experience around. Customer service like this makes all the difference. Thank you, Shannon!
