  This subway is pitiful. Always make a online order. It always asks for a tip to be added for them doing their job. Last week they couldn't even put a napkin in the bag. Today 2 girls in the back. I set at the drive thru waiting. Noone ever came out of the back. Finally parked at the door and walked in and they finally came out of the back. Handed me my bag and said you need to get your drink. What the hell am I tipping for. I made my drink but atleast I got a napkin this time. I grabbed them because you know none as in the bag! How bad is business when you cant even put a napkin in the bag! I should be getting a refund on the tips. Never again will I leave one. Whoever the manager is you need to do better! June 20th 3:20.

  Came here for lunch and my meatball sub didn’t even have meatballs inside! All the meatballs were outside the sub, and the marinara was everywhere. Then, once I got everything back in the sub, I crunched down on a plastic piece. I try not to complain much, but this really upset me, and I won’t be coming back!!!!!!
