Rude and terrible customer service I will do my best to avoid this location again

"I had a terrible experience at the UPS Store on Seminole Trail in Hollymead, Charlottesville. The staff, especially the manager, were extremely rude, dismissive, and even hostile. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this location."

Easy to drop off Amazon packages at the kiosk. The men in there look unkempt, dirty and are not friendly. When I went in there today there was a terrible smell. I was trying to hold my breath so I wouldn’t gag. Body odor and potty smell!! 🤢
There is so much goodness and kindness in this world, and Tim embodies that and more. Tim went above and beyond, leaving me speechless with his helpfulness.
We were staying for an extended period of time in Charlottesville. I had placed an order that was scheduled to arrive in plenty of time before we departed for home; due to Winter Storm Fern, however, delivery was delayed so I changed my delivery address a few days before we were going home. UPS’ system indicated it processed my $16.99 and an agent confirmed she could see it on the system. Unbeknownst to me, there was a glitch and there was no record of my delivery change request. I discovered that only after arriving home and receiving an email notification my package had been delivered to the Airbnb. I checked my credit card and there was no charge listed.
I placed multiple calls to the merchant and to UPS, each pointing me back to the other. Finally, I spoke with a UPS customer service agent, Meyitseto I believe, who worked some magic. Within a couple hours, Tim called me and said a delivery driver would pick up my order and my package would be delivered to our home. It arrived the next day!!!!
Kudos to TIM. He was kind, companionate and helpful. His customer service skills are outstanding. Thank you so much, Tim!
Got what I needed, but the second you step into this store it smells so bad!
