  I had a potentially problem experience when sending an overnight package. I was given an incorrect address. The package was delivered - but after 3 days! I went to the store when I realized the error. The manager was very helpful, promising to look into the issue. He filed a claim with UPS and I was refunded 80% of the cost. I appreciated his help in this matter and in helping me with the refund.

  The staff were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! It was my first time using UPS and the staff walked me through the process with clear and concise explanations.

  Worst customer service ever. Dropped off a package at 9am. Employee didn't speak, was exceptionally rude and overall seemed to be in a bad mood. This location is convenient, however, in the future, I'll ship from another location.
