    Had to ship a 30lb box from Charlottesville to West Lafayette Indiana. Was hugely skeptical of the overall workflow. But everything was handled so professionally and my box reached its destination in 2 days time. Very happy with the service at the store and the overall ups delivery for now.

    Jason was terrible. He did not try and help me at all, did not explain anything at all to me to help me understand, and furthermore filled out my document that needed to be notarized incorrectly. UPS needs to teach their employees how to be of better help to their customers because that was unacceptable

    It was convenient in the town I was in. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I had more than one package to take care of, and the rep was speedy and helpful.

    Definitely not recommending this way to ship your precious package. They loose your package on purpose, they just mark delivered. You go outside you see nothing. And then they tell you it your fault. I Will never choose UPS

    Gary and crew couldn't be more professional. The overwhelming amount of Amazon returns keeps the place hopping, but they take care of shipping, make sure all the details are correct and get everything sent out, packed well and make sure it arrives safely. Truly a class act. Not sure what the other complaints are about. Maybe they need to work in a retail environment and see how soul crushing it would be, and maybe they'd treat the employees with a little more respect and kindness.. rather than they beneath the customer for working in a retail environment. Saw it whilst I was in there, and the entitlement of the woman was INSANE. The rates aren't set by the store, but by UPS themselves. Rather than scream at the employee and storm out, maybe call corporate and talk to them, or better yet, understand when you are shipping a 2 foot squared box to the west coast, it may cost a little more... it WON'T be $10. Go to the post office and expect that it may get lost, damaged or otherwise not arrive in as many pieces that you send it.
