    Been here twice, and this place has been horrible both times. The staff here is extremely and lacks efficiency.. furthermore, their scanning machines are broken.. how hard can it be to keep a UPS store running smoothly… I’ve never had an issue at any other UPS store

    Went there to get something notarized and didn’t realize my driver license expired the day before. So they told me to get it reissued which I did and then they told me the legal DMV temporary license wasn’t good enough. It’s store policy.

    The knowledge, patience and professionalism of the staff are absolutely reliable. I’ve been a customer in this store probably 60 times since the pandemic.

    Had to ship a 30lb box from Charlottesville to West Lafayette Indiana. Was hugely skeptical of the overall workflow. But everything was handled so professionally and my box reached its destination in 2 days time. Very happy with the service at the store and the overall ups delivery for now.
