  The food itself is good at this location as is the absolute darling of a woman who work here because she is an absolute sweetheart. However, this review is the lowest I can give because the manager who runs this place is an ABSOLUTE CON ARTIST whose of zero help to anyone when there's a problem and who refuses to take accountability for any problem. I came in with a friend one evening and she paid using Apple Pay which went through on our end and showed as a transaction with the woman working asking if we wanted a receipt which we declined because we don't normally ask for receipts and our transactions always show up in our bank accounts. However, apparently there was a problem with their payment system and it showed they never received a payment and that they had no record of it despite our bank confirming that the money was taken and posting it as a charge immediately. It got to the point where after the woman's son came out and tried to tell us that they had no payment from us, unintentionally dropping that they've been having problems with their payment systems, and they'd have to take the payment again or else they couldn't give us our food,(which we refused because obviously we're not going to pay twice for the same items), at which they FaceTimed the manager who apparently wasn't on site to handle customer service issues. The manager basically tried to argue with us, doing so in a highly condescending manner mind you, and tell us that because there was no record of our payment in their system, which is a problem with THEM not us because the payment showed up and posted on our end, we basically didn't pay for it and would need to pay for it again if we wanted our food. He then proceeded to try to gaslight us and tell us that its our problem that the payment posted already because they didn't get it. Rather than getting nowhere, we left out without getting our food and now have had to dispute the charge with our bank. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THE MANAGER WILL TRY TO GASLIGHT YOU INTO PAYING TWICE IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH THEIR OUTDATED PAYMENT SYSTEM.

  Rude, i was trying to customize my order. Like we all do, because that’s what subway is known for and the older man was very aggressive with me. And kept telling me he wouldn’t make it how i wanted it. I wasn’t asking for him to maximize portions simply swap out the items i didn’t like. And he made it such a big todo. I felt very embarrassed and not welcomed. I will not be back.

  The food is what you’d expect. However, they don’t have side cups for any of the dressings and they don’t honor any of the coupons. That’s kind of what Subway is for I guess - mediocre food because it’s cheap? I just don’t think it’s good enough to be charging over 20 bucks for two foot-long sandwiches so unfortunately I’ve decide it’s not worth going here anymore.
