    The food is what you’d expect. However, they don’t have side cups for any of the dressings and they don’t honor any of the coupons. That’s kind of what Subway is for I guess - mediocre food because it’s cheap? I just don’t think it’s good enough to be charging over 20 bucks for two foot-long sandwiches so unfortunately I’ve decide it’s not worth going here anymore.

    Be prepared for horrible customer service if you decide to visit this location. I went and ordered a sandwich, which the employee began making with unwashed hands and no gloves. I had to ask him to put gloves on. Then after finally making the sandwich, I scanned the free “sub club” coupon I had, which was a deal subway ran for the past month or so where if you bought 3 footlongs, the 4th is free. The coupon scanned correctly and showed the sandwich as free, and the employees were extremely confused by this. They had me scan it again and it worked again. They were frustrated and I tried to explain that the coupon was working and it was showing that nothing was due because the sandwich was free. They told me “no, come look at the screen, it says no payment.” I went to look at the screen and it said “NO PAYMENT DUE”….. finally after them ignoring my attempts to explain, they called their manager, who simply said “no coupon.” I left and checked in the app, where I could order at that same location with the exact same coupon. The employees at this location are simply too rude and incompetent to understand coupons that the location accepts.

    I am going to boycott Subway, especially this location. Franchise owners in Charlottesville are awful. And tight. They are so adamant about what we can't have. They are cheap. No extra napkins. No extra ingredients. No honored coupons. They are only about profit not customer service. And they are so nastily and adamantly vocal about it. No. No. No. is all they say. Well now they have NO customer in me. NO wonder the one in Forest Lakes also went out of business. It was just as bad. Tight. Tight. Tight. I will only eat at Firehouse subs now in Charlottesville. Subway customer service and horrid profit-riddled nickel and dime attitude is awful and has completely lost them a customer in me. NO more, Subway!
