I'm not sure what the purpose of this place is. I had a package ready to go and a QR code for scanning/printing the shipping label, but the lady working there said she couldn't print the label and I would have to take it to Barracks. Why not just make this a drop box?
Terrible location. The lady who works here does not know how to make a return label and also kept complaining about her work, and project that to the customer. Worst of the worst.

Easy to get to. Lots of parking. Someone was there when I walked in.
Pam at the front counter is amazing. Had an overnight package with medication that needs to be refrigerated not show up. It’s 90 degrees here every day this week, so I know it wouldn’t last 2 days in a row on the truck. Went to this location and she went above and beyond to locate it. I left with my medication. Not many people like this left out there. FedEx should be grateful to have her.
The number of times I was reassured that a delivery would be made then just wouldn't appear was ridiculous. Drivers never reach out to verify delivery address if confused and there's no direct way to call this Fedex Shipping Center as it seems it is now Fedex policy to just push all customer service to a designated call center that can really just tell you the same information you have, which is that the package wasn't delivered.
