FedEx Office has consistently exceeded my expectations. Every time I visit, the staff are professional, friendly, and efficient. They always provide excellent customer service and make the shipping and printing process quick and easy. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of their service. Overall, this is a great business that I highly recommend. Keep up the excellent work!

When you're having a bad day and a complete stranger turns it around. I had been completely stressed out the entire day and had one last stop to make at FedEx print and ship. Upon arriving and realizing I had lost my email with what I needed to print my shipping label...I thought this was it I can't take anymore today, but a very sweet and kind lady named Sarah helped me figure it out and find my email. She literally saved the day in my opinion and had me actually smiling andlaughingby the time i was finished. So thanks Sarah! You're definitely an asset to this store and totally turned my day back around!
