  As a business owner that uses FedEx quite a lot, I have to say this is the WORST FedEx location I’ve ever used. The employees are supremely unhelpful and Everytime they act as if they’ve been “put out,” by helping a customer. I’ve witnessed this both myself and with other customers. One day, the guy had such a bad attitude, I said I’m sorry if you guys are busy, and he said “well everyone is in a hurry and everyone needs something.” Yes guy. You are working a service job. That is how it is. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

  I do not typically leave reviews, but my experience at this store was terrible. One of the male employees behind the counter was loudly complaining about his coworkers, which I found incredibly inappropriate to do in front of customers. When I stepped up to the counter, he held up a finger and stormed off with an eye roll. When he returned, he offered to print a label that I needed, but did not. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and waited for awhile as he stood at a back table. I waited for 25 minutes before I got back in line and spoke to a different representative. The woman who I spoke to was incredibly rude and sighed in exasperation when I asked her to print the label, before she ripped it off the machine and tossed it onto the counter. Do not go to this location if you can help it. The employees are just downright rude and could give two craps about customer service.

  Come here over anywhere else, especially staples, for passport photos. Was in and out in under 5 minutes vs was waiting at staples for 45+ before I decided to leave.

  I'm not sure who is responsible for training employees on shipping services here, but poor customer interactions appear to be the norm. Based on past reviews and my current interaction here, the service is genuinely awful, even when there are no customers besides yourself in the store. I have used the Stoney Ridge location many times over the years and have never experienced rude or unusual service as I have encountered at this location.
