  We had a great experience here -- three of the employees were willing to think outside of the box and help us problem solve. Larry C. was especially helpful and went above and beyond - we could not have fixed the problem without his assistance. I will only visit this auto parts store from now on! HIGHLY recommend!

  Epic service! Yesterday, I purchased a new battery from Michael at Advanced Auto Parts but, when I returned home to install it, the corroded battery-clamp with stripped screw on my Jeep made this tricky. Returning today, a different Advanced Auto team-member went above-and-beyond searching for a replacement part to fix the issue, and then, tool kit in hand, he installed it - in the heat of the day - near the end of his shift. Thank-you!

  I visited this store today, july 4, 2026, and had an amazing experience thanks to 2 people----larry g in commercial & Jeff l. My family and I have a ton of cars and I always shop around for parts to save a little money here and there. On many occasions, I buy online. These 2 gentlemen gave me an unbelievable price and I promised them I would return over and over again and spread the word. Thanks for of you for helping me with a competitive prices and promise to return many times because of this amazing experience!!!!!!!!

  We came in to return parts that did not fit that we just bought yesterday and today. We only tried to see if it would fit but it didn’t work out so it was never used but the package was opened. The guy that “helped” us, I think his name was Michael, searched hard in both packages we were trying to return for any imperfections and said it couldn’t be returned because he found a bit of oil on ONE screw and the other item couldn’t be returned because he “found oil” on that one as well. We went straight to another location and returned both items with no problem. Obviously the items will need to be tried on to see if they fit or not so even if there was oil why is that a problem? Nothing is damaged. Regardless, he was rude and huffy both times we have seen him and it seems like he just wants to make customers days worse. The asian guy that tried to help us before Michael stepped in was very nice so this review does not reflect on the location as a whole
