  I wanted to take the opportunity to call out the outstanding experience I had working with Rob Conard this past week. Rob helped me to package, then repackage and then recall (return to sender) a shipment this week. Rob called me several times through the week to give me status updates and discuss options for my situation. I was truly impressed by Rob's professionalism, courtesy, calm demeanor and willingness to follow-through beyond expectations. I have used your store a number of times in the past, but in the future when I have shipping needs I know that the only option I need to consider is the UPS Store managed by Rob Conard.

  My experience at this UPS Store has always been excellent. Starting with the owner and manager, Rodney, he and his staff have always gone above and beyond with their customer service. I come here for returns, printing, mailing, and other services. Rodney truly cares about his customers and is genuinely a great person. I have been a customer who has benefited from their professional and reliable services, and I look forward to many more wonderful experiences with this UPS Store. I highly recommend them!

  The personnel helped me is the reason for giving that rating. Rodney Middleton. He was very friendly and helpful without any hesitation and negative attitude. I am very impressed.

  The staff were friendly and polite and a special thank you to Rodney who went out of his way to help me with a shipping issue. He used his expertise to save me time and money and I couldn't be more grateful for his help. Excellent customer service!

  Had a great experience here, Dominic, Will, and Rodney were extremely friendly and helpful. I came for the trivial task of completing some Amazon returns... Other branches gave me a hard time saying I needed to provide a box...for my box....or would throw me a roll of tape and tape it up (which i dont mind honestly) However, at this branch...I was welcomed with a smile, and Rodney's team was ready to assist telling me to just leave the packages and slips and that they would take care of it. They gave me my receipts and I was on my way out. Stellar, prompt, excellent service and this will definitely be my go-to UPS branch moving forward
