  Adonis and the female manager working were absolutely incredible! They were both knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Adonis helped me exchange and install a new car battery, and he was engaging and courteous during each step of the process. I very much appreciated his attitude and experience.

  I have had multiple negative experiences with the same employee at this Advance Auto Parts location. The employee I am referring to is a young Black/African-American male. I mention this only to help management identify the specific employee involved. Every time I have dealt with him, he has been extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. His attitude makes you feel as though you are bothering him simply by asking for assistance. There is no courtesy, no willingness to help, and absolutely no sense of customer service. This was not a one-time incident or someone simply having a bad day. I have dealt with this employee on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, I get the same nasty and disrespectful attitude every single time. I also understand that I am not the only customer who has complained about his behavior. If management has received multiple complaints about the same employee, they really need to take an interest in what is happening and address it. Someone who consistently treats customers this way should not be working in a customer-facing position. Customers should not have to wonder what kind of attitude they are going to receive when they walk into a store and ask an employee for help. Management needs to take these complaints seriously. This employee’s behavior reflects poorly not only on this particular location but on Advance Auto Parts as a company.

  Everyone is super kind and helpful, they were knowledgeable and patient. The free battery installation is fast and they also walked with me jump my car to bring it to the shop. Thank you Adonis!
