  Very disappointing experience at the Centreville location. My husband and I were assisted by an employee named Will, whose behavior was dismissive and disrespectful. It felt like we were being treated differently from other customers, which made the situation uncomfortable. When I calmly pointed out that his behavior was rude, he chose to ignore me instead of addressing the issue. That level of customer service is unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times. I have already reported this incident to corporate and hope it is taken seriously.

  Mario or should i call you the rude super Mario store manager. When a customer walks in, your job is to help them find the parts they need, not to be so rude and tell them to look there without listening to what they want. I went to Autozone Manasas, and the woman there was really helpful. She even used her phone to look for the part online using Google Picture Search, got the part number, and found the part, unlike you telling me you don't need a manager and I am the manager. I would advise you to take some customer service courses.

  My boyfriend purchased oil here for my car the other day on 2/14 and was given a discount. The entire bill came out to $40 and some change. He purchased 5 quarts of Mobil 1 and a filter. I'm not sure why we got a discount, but we were very grateful. When we came back two days later on 2/16 to buy the same exact oil and a filter for my brother's car, we were not given a discount, and it just felt inconsistent and frustrating. We specifically went back to this location thinking there was a deal or some reason why the oil was cheaper. Whoever the person my boyfriend worked with on 2/16 was very unkind and not willing to hear him out about the person who gave us a discount two days prior. Please keep pricing consistent!
