  I have always been impressed with their service. Recently, I called them up and asked if they had an item. The salesman asked me to hold on while he checked. Unfortunately they no longer carry the item. I then called AutoZone. The salesman there said that I should stop by and they would direct me to the aisle and section where I can look. The difference in customer service is stark.

  Always have knowledge enough help. Been going to this location for 25 years plus. Also has been a fast experience at most times.

  Did you know that AAP stores cannot look up receipts/phone numbers across stores/Markets/states? If you buy a part at 1 store, move and need warranty replacement. You don’t exist unless you go back to the original store. How in 2026 is AAP realistically using paper and pencil to keep records? It wouldn’t even be a lot of data. Receipts and phone numbers are basically all text.

  Felt like a lie. The clerk said there was no diagnostic code reader to check for emissions error codes. 4:05 PM, February 26, 2026. He then asked a colleague when the code reader would arrive, and the colleague said it would be in tomorrow. He said it would come tomorrow. I spoke to the clerk, and he advised that the code reader most likely would come tomorrow at ten, but to call the store first before I come. I'll update the review when I return tomorrow to attempt the same service. Update: Called back at 7:49 PM. Cody answered the phone, and I asked him the same question: "Hey, do you guys have a reader so I can check the codes?" He said yes, and I asked, "Is it available right now?" He said yes.
