  It has been awhile since I’ve been inside the Lee highway location, I haven’t been back because the last time I was in there I had to wait for them to make two online orders. One of the workers could’ve taken my order instead I had to wait. I haven’t been back since then. Walk In customers should be served first even when an online order comes through.

  I preordered my tuna sub with extra meat. My husband picked it up and returned to the house. The sub did not have extra meat. When my husband took it back, Ian refused to remake it or give a refund. I will not return to this store, I have no sub or money returned. Corporate needs a better way of contacting them!!!!

  I have been to this subway more times than i can count and the service overall has been excellent. I order online a lot to be picked up and they almost always get it right. I also feel this is one of the subways with the best quality in the area. Great employees, great food, great area.

  Employees are very friendly no complaint about that. We've always had a good experience at this subway location until recently when we pre-ordered our subs on the app and went to pick them up they hardly had any sub toppings so it looked like they just put whatever on them every one but the right ones. We were offered no refund for this and after messaging their customer service which was a bot about 2-3 times it just kept saying that I would receive an e-mail and never did.
