    While I primarily only use this location as a ‘landing pad’ of sorts for my exotic animals, I am glad this location is somewhat close to a readily accessible highway. Usually a simple drive, singing for packages, and leaving. However, I recently had an issue with one box animals I was receiving being placed on an unknown route. Apparently they were then left on the truck overnight in the cold, long enough for the heat pack to expire and leave the animals to slowly experience the almost 40° F temperatures in the truck. The box had “LIVE ANIMALS” listed all over, and so I find this wildly unacceptable. However, I am giving a rating as high as I am because Misty, the lady that helped me with this shipment, stayed in contact while trying to resolve this issue, letting me know when I could make the hour long trip to the hub. She allowed me to ensure that everything was okay for the animals before I left. It is very refreshing to have people at FedEx hubs that do care about their customers’ packages, even if there are those in the same company that clearly don’t. Thanks to Misty, my animals are slowly recovering and are alive.

    Nothing to complain about . My friend ship me a package , I received it in time . I went to pick it up with no issue at all

    This site is very poorly managed. It been one year since FedEx rolled their ground and express divisions together and their employees still aren’t trained. My customer called to inquire about his package and FedEx, overseas customer service told him it was already picked up, leading him to believe it was stolen. Then I was contacted by this FedEx location and told an untrained employee sent this package down a conveyor belt it was not suppose to go down, and the package was damaged. FedEx is really struggling and the management at this location needs to train their employees a lot better.

    I've been lied to for over a week now, they have my tires I ordered for my work truck over $1000.00 and emails me every morning over and over saying there out for delivery, but by the middle of the day they start emailing me and say some stupid excuse and change it to the next day.They need to all be reported to corporate and fired!!!!!
