  It’s OK I mainly don’t like the fact that they never toast the bread long enough. Every time I order from Subway nowadays, I encounter that problem. Also this Place is extremely understaffed. They had one woman handling everything, Online pick up order and in-store orders too. Stop understaffing your stores to maximize profit Subway! It’s not fair for one person to handle this whole job themselves. The chicken teriyaki sandwich was actually pretty good today. It’s those other two issues I am upset about. Also I wish the $6.99 deal was offered for every sub every day. Because that is actually pretty good value. However, I don’t like how they don’t have any deals on their app or for ordering online. Other places usually do have decent deals for using their app. For subway, I’m not just talking about the reward points though. They should have Bogo or 50% off deals on their app. Lastly, I know this place is small but I wish they had more seating

  I vowed to never eat subway after this. Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered through the Subway app and paid for delivery, but the driver left my order at the wrong location, out in the sun, making the food unusable. When I called the store for help, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. I was told to contact the owner for a refund, and the call was abruptly disconnected—twice. Poor delivery handling and even worse customer service. I would not recommend ordering delivery from this location.

  I always love the subs at Subway. I don't have to wait that long to get my sandwich and the subs always taste amazing. It's not too crowded most of the time.

  This is a totally typical Subway restaurant. It has better decor and an all around better atmosphere than the one in Johnston Student Center on campus, and has far fewer people during lunch hours, so if you want to go to one of them, this one is better.
