  Customer service is very bad. If you ask for help they will give you a face like they don't work there. I think it comes from managers and employees see that so the employees will act the same way. I think advance auto parts needs to train new employees with great atmosphere and enthusiasm to work...

  I been going here for last 5 years since I moved here and they are super friendly and helpful and Dennis especially. You rarely meet people that are genuine and want to really help the customers. This location is my to go spot when I need parts. 5 🌟 Thank yall

  Dennis is a great parts associate in the Bealeton store and always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are getting the correct parts plus very knowledgeable.

  I had to buy windshield wipers, and, always, the staff was courteous and helpful. Noticing one of my old wipers was not installed tightly, the young gentleman made sure they were both secure this time. It's the little things that matter.
