  Was never acknowledged by the staff. Manager kept preparing online orders and never said anything to me. I was the only customer in the store besides one man who was leaving. So rude. If she wasn't able to start my order, she could have at least said "I'll be with you in a minute".

  Just not impressed, subway has drastically gone down hill over the years.

  This is not the first time I've gone to this Subway, but this was one of the better visits. It's clean, and has quite a bit of seating. The staff in today's visit were great, friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a pretty good store and generally is above average. Today's visit was just really good!

  I ordered on the app and food wasn’t ready when we got there because they were out of something, but I-understand that and get that! My husband went in there and they told him that they couldn’t make what we wanted and then they lady told him she would have to refund the money a rering it up because of inventory and it would make it off! Thats fine get that! But the lady that was making our food after my husband told her to make it like the other one we already gotten, she wasn’t putting the stuff on it that we ordered and then proceeded to toast it after I put on there not to toast it and put it in the special instructions please don’t toast the bread! Then my husband said please don’t toast it and the lady looked at him and said you didn’t want it toasted!? Then as he went to pay for the food after the refund he also told the lady that we wanted 2 20oz drinks 3 times and acted like she didn’t hear him!! And then he asked her did you get the drinks she said no!!! I mean if someone is telling what they wanted and how they wanted it and you still didn’t do it right and when someone is talking to you asking about drinks and then you just completely ignore him then this isn’t the job for you!
