  The two sandwiches we ordered were rather a mess. There was way too much sauce on our meatball sandwich, and our tuna sandwich was tad bit better. We ordered 50% extra meat, but we didn’t want two cups of sauce on our meatball sandwich. We ordered these sandwiches quite often from other subways, which handle it much more tastefully. I believe they loaded up the meatball sandwich with cold meatballs and cold thick sauce and then microwaved it for quite a period of time - so it was just a mess.

  I used to be a regular customer.. no more. Person in front of me ordered 4 or 5 sandwiches.. asked if they could use the online bogo coupon in person instead of online.. they said yes. Then the gal ended up not charging her at all.. said "dont worry about it". I had ordered saturday the previous weekend online and paid at 4pm and the store was closed! I tried to get sandwiches i paid for sunday 2pm.. closed. So i was there to get my 2 subs owed to me. Was told i would get a refund "eventually". No big deal.. it was my birthday that day and i wanted the sub.. asked if i could also use the bogo coupon they allowed person before me and i was told no. I left. Disgraceful employee.. will not see my 3x a week $ again.
