  Rude, condescending... If you're a woman and they get the chance, they will try to show you how 'little you know' -- according to my experience last night. I called about a valve cover gasket.. okay spark plug tube seals are included in the kit I bought so I'm not going to go out of my way to state valve cover gasket and spark plug deals when I'm calling to find out about warranty replacement. When the guy hears what's going on with the automobile, 'oh that's the spark plug tube seals' in a condescending voice.. No kidding ... Just tell me the information I need to know and back off with the arrogance

  Advance Auto Parts has a no refund policy for defective parts. Dont shop there. They sold me 2 bad alternators in a row, because they warrantied the first one, that went out after 3 weeks. So the 2nd one also went out in 3 weeks, so i said i dont want a 3rd one that i cant rely on, i want my money back, and they said they cant do that, all they can do is keep feeding me bad alternators that are going to leave me stranded. Bad business

  The customer service at this store was amazing, the staff was patient with me not knowing anything about what I needed and took their time to let me understand.

  Wasn't fully aware of their return policy but brought something back 45 days later, and it was out of the return policy time frame... I get that I guess but product was still new in package verified that I bought it from there and still an item that they keep on the shelf same barcode.... I frequently stop in there to get things for my shop and will send my guys up there as well....I will no longer be going there....I will go across the street to O'reilly's, they always treat me good and to be honest with you, they have much nicer quality parts.
