  Darker older gentleman with glasses, is rude and has no customer service skills. Seemed bother to have to help with anything. Customer service is usually awful here but he wins the award.

  I would give it a zero if I could. I went there for an Amazon return on Friday, May 22, 2026, @ 10:15 am. The guy that assisted me NEVER greeted me the entire time I was in the store. Never a hello or goodbye. By far the worst I’ve experienced at any other UPS store anywhere. He was rude and very unprofessional. I even told him what I was there for and said thank you after he helped me…nothing. Not sure if it was bc I’m black or what but it was terrible. The 3.3 ratings make sense but it’s still unacceptable. I hope that no one else has to encounter him at the store. He’s ruining the UPS reputation. I will never visit that location again.

  I just use this store because it’s the closest. But I have never come across such RUDE and Arrogant workers as I encounter everytime I walk in this store.

  Horrible service. They first made me wait for thirty minutes because of one person only infront of me. When it was my turn, the Indian lady at front was really rude to me and toke my package. I told her that I wanted to return this online order because i did not need it anymore and asked for her to scan the qr code on my phone. She ignored me ans just toke the package and placed it inside. I asked if she needed to scan. They said no. Also the Indian man who was cleaning asked rudely to leave because he is closing.
