  I have been a few times and had the best experience with Mohan. He made a complicated situation on my end very seamless. He was so courteous, polite and extremely helpful! Thank you for all of your help!!

  Excellent customer service. I have printed many posters here and they do an excellent job. I had trouble returning Amazon products but the employee guided me and helped me patiently even though it was over crowded.

  My nephew brought in a few Amazon returns and the folks behind the counter were not happy. This is part of your job to accept packages. Customer service is a far cry from what’s expected at this location.

  When I came in, the lady didn’t greet me but was extra special in her greeting towards the couple behind me who was not Indian. Then she starts helping that couple who came after me and completely ignores me. I have noticed this from other staff members who are more friendly towards other non-Indians but not Indians. You need to train your staff to treat all human beings equally and attend to customers in the order in which they arrive in the store.

  Only UPS store I have been to in the area or anywhere that nickle and dimes you for everything. An example is any other store when I am sending docs will provide you a UPS labeled document envelope. Here they make you purchase a blank document envelope from them. Even the post office does not do this. Will drive an extra few minutes and will be using the Broadlands location from here on out as they do not do this either. Also, pay attention to your receipt as they add a customs fee even though I was shipping in the US. I was charged a $2.19 custom fee.
