  When we arrived at the store, the associate was on the phone. By the time she got to us, she walked toward us, and then another customer came in. She immediately told us to wait and proceeded to assist the other customer. I’m not sure what the logic was behind that, but I am a Black American, and the customer who came in after us was White American. The associate was Indian, and while I understand that India has a caste system, she needs diversity training because that type of treatment is not acceptable in America. I asked for her manager, but she was “busy,” of course, and I was in a rush to get to my son’s school. The customer service was completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to that location.

  The female associate with multiple black ink tattoos on her arms provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Her attitude was unprofessional, and her body language and facial expressions made it clear that she did not want to be there or assist customers. When you work in a customer-facing role, being courteous and welcoming is important. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling unwelcome, and I believe she is not a good fit for a position that requires serving the public.

  I've had generally positive experiences here in the past, but based on my most recent visit, I think there are more professional and courteous options in the area for notary.
