Normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I’ve had a bad experience at this location..
The bread was stale, 5-6 slices of turkey for a foot long turkey sandwich doesn’t seem right.. The vegetables didn’t look fresh at all.. I suspect they were using stuff from the night before? Either way, it didn’t seem/taste as fresh other Subways, and just not enough meat slices..
The service was good.

Had a great visit at Subway. Vrusha was polite, attentive, and provided quick service. Everything was made just the way I wanted.

This is one the best subways we have in Northern VA. The subs are really fresh and the staff is extremely courteous and friendly. I wouldn’t go elsewhere when I am craving a sub.

I chose to have lunch at Subway Broadlands. As I opened the door, I'm already inside Subway, the staff of Subway told me, this is for customer only. She judged me as if I'm not a customer. I said to her let me use your restroom first, and I will order items after. As I get closer to their bathroom, there were several signs that the bathroom is for Customer only. After I use the restroom and purchased my items at Subway, I speak to the manager, I've told him that I'm filing a complaint, one of your staff told me as I open the Subway entrance door, she told me that this is for customer only. What makes her think that I'm not a customer? I've told their manager that you should treat everyone as your customer the moment they open the Subway entrance door. You already placed a big sign before the entrance door of the bathroom that bathroom is for customers only. That's already understandable but you should not say anything to any person entering your door that this for customer only because you ended up judging, categorizing people entering Subway and I thought it is not right. The bathroom inside, the commode was dirty and not enough toilet papers. Subway, Broadlands should improve a better customer service in order to create a better environment for the customer.
