  On Father’s Day, I had a large event at a hotel in Washington, DC, and by the time it wrapped up, it was well past normal business hours for most UPS locations. My team and I arrived at this store about 30 minutes before closing with quite a few significant event items that needed to be shipped immediately. Brian stepped up and saved the day. He serviced us with outstanding customer service, giving us the time and space we needed to get everything sorted and properly mailed without making us feel rushed. Every single item was processed smoothly, without a hitch. I highly recommend this location specifically because of Brian. He is an awesome person, and I genuinely appreciate the patience, time, and care he extended to me and my entire team during what could have been a very stressful moment.
