  They really need to either pay for via the community parking or find another way to increase UPS store parking. Its always a hassle using this location as you can never quickly get in, take care of your business and get out. The staff are very friendly but work under overly strict rules, particularly surrounding small strips of tape and their availability. I try to avoid on weekends or during lunch and in the afternoon due to parking issues.

  Horrible Service here every time I've gone. A young woman at the counter clearly hates her job, and punishes the customers for it. If this location wasn't conveniently located I would never come here.

  Worst UPD store I’ve ever been to. Dropped off a box for Amazon return, the woman asked for $2.12 to tape the box. I’ve done return drop offs like thousands of times, first time ever got charged off for taping the box, just one side. She literally said you can either go back and come again or pay me for taping it! Okay you made the biggest money in your life!!

  While I have had plenty of good experiences at this location, my last two visits the one female worker has been rude, unhelpful, and completely dismissive. First time I wrote it off as maybe she’s having a bad day, second time though…you’re just a bad worker. I get you don’t like your job but no one is forcing you to work there. Find a new job girlfriend because your attitude does not align with UPS standards.

  I visited this UPS location today at approximately 10:40 a.m., and I was very disappointed with the customer service. The female employee who helped me was rude, dismissive, and had a very unfriendly attitude throughout the interaction. Before arriving, I called the store because the construction in the area made the location difficult to find. Instead of being helpful, the person on the phone spoke to me in a condescending way and made me feel like I was stupid for asking where the store was. I was simply trying to locate the entrance, which was not obvious due to the construction.
