Should've checked reviews before ordering from this location. Cold cut combo is supposed to come with 12-15 slices of meat - we got 9. Sweet onion chicken teriyaki also got maybe 1 scoop of meat spread across a footlong (half the proper amount). I don't know why subway corporate tolerates this franchisee putting out such a poor product.
To add insult to injury, we ordered online and picked up in store. Our subs weren't even started until 5 minutes past the pickup time! And it's not like they were busy, there was only 1 other customer! Now we know why. This is one to avoid!

During my visit, around 6 p.m., I requested to use the restroom; however, I was denied access by an employee. I found this situation both inconvenient and disappointing, especially as a customer. Access to basic facilities like restrooms is an important part of customer service, and being restricted without a clear or reasonable explanation was frustrating.
I kindly ask that you review this matter and ensure that staff are trained to handle such situations with professionalism and consideration for customers.

I have an unhealthy love with subways, and most locations I am totally obsessed with. This subway though, didn’t please me as much as the staff were impolite and rude. Though the food was decent and not much there changed.

The worst subway I’ve ever been to, they always skip out on meat but the worst part is the manager or the owner. He is one of the most rude people I have ever met and he should not be allowed to work/franchise a restaurant.
What a complete joke, I ordered ahead on the app and didn't arrive till 30 minutes after the estimated pickup time, as I’ve had to wait on numerous occasions in the past as they never have my order ready on time. When I arrived my sandwich still wasn’t made, and the employee had the nerve to admit (unprompted) that she didn’t bother making it, since I wasn’t in the store and it didn’t look like I was coming. The whole point of pickup is for it to be ready when you get there!
Also this Subway uses poor and old ingredients, I love pepper jack cheese but it tastes funky and gross here.
