  A rude, short, and stout man—I had ordered two bottled drinks and a cookie. When I went to collect my order, he became furious with me. For no apparent reason, he told me that I would have to wait 15 minutes to receive my items—even though there were no other customers present at that moment. This was my first experience with him.

  The staff can be rude. They won't accept coupons in store but "online only". Go to other locations for food in the mall or a different location...

  On Sunday, April 12 around 1:50 PM, I bought food from the Subway in Pentagon. The cashier, who I was told is also the manager, did not understand that I wanted the daily menu and charged me extra. When I explained the situation, she started yelling at me and complained for about two minutes. Eventually she agreed to fix the mistake, but while correcting it she even used profanity. I cannot believe such disrespect and unprofessional behavior. I have never experienced anything like this before. I will never buy food from Subway again.
