  Wow! Everyone here was so incredibly kind and helpful, and really went out of the way to support me. I came here to make copies of my mom's obituary for her memorial, and when I found a typo when I was walking out the door, the staff (especially Unique and Enoch) immediately swooped in to help solve the problem. I was so touched by their genuine care and incredible customer service, and I will be grateful for this experience for years to come. I would recommend this location to absolutely anyone! Thank you again.

  Enoch provided excellent customer service. He helped us brainstorm ways to ship with fedex abroad, and dealt with us patiently. He deserves a raise.

  I went in to ship a package and the place had zero customers besides me. The guy at the counter dismissively told me to go use a self-service station, while he was just hanging out there doing nothing. I went and guess what, the machine told me to go see a customer service person. By then, there was someone else in line before me, and I got stuck waiting. Next time, especially when you have no other customers, at least keep an eye on the customer you send to use the self service in case they end up needing help.
