Enoch provided excellent customer service. He helped us brainstorm ways to ship with fedex abroad, and dealt with us patiently. He deserves a raise.
I went in to ship a package and the place had zero customers besides me. The guy at the counter dismissively told me to go use a self-service station, while he was just hanging out there doing nothing. I went and guess what, the machine told me to go see a customer service person. By then, there was someone else in line before me, and I got stuck waiting. Next time, especially when you have no other customers, at least keep an eye on the customer you send to use the self service in case they end up needing help.

Recently, I had to return to the Courthouse Plaza location to get a re-do on a previous order. The store was staffed by all of two employees who were badly outnumbered by irritated customers. It took forever to get my generic problem resolved. And they charged me the same price for the fix as they did for their initial mistake that put me in the situation. No apologies, no discount...no anything.
It should be noted that most of the desks no longer have computer monitors....or chairs at them. And a manager made it clear that if I'm not setting at a computer...then I should not be setting at all in this place.
Extremely incompetent store extremely incompetent staff. I would not go here unless you have to.
