One of the rudest customer service experiences. Will not be returning. Have had much better experiences at the UPS nearby but needed to return something via FedEx.

I had a terrible experience at this FedEx Office location.
The employee I dealt with was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Her attitude was unacceptable from the moment I walked in — she spoke in a disrespectful tone and acted like helping a customer was a burden.
What should have been a simple visit turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience entirely because of her behavior. I’ve dealt with many customer service situations, and this was by far one of the worst.
I left feeling genuinely upset and mentally drained. No customer should be treated this way.
Management seriously needs to address this. One employee’s attitude is enough to damage the reputation of the entire location.

I arrived right at closing and the employee was happy to reopen a register to help me out. Great service!
We used this location to print our wedding signage and we couldn’t have picked a better team! Michael and Oscar were especially patient as we came back numerous times to test run our design by printing out multiple copies of each document in different sizes and on varying paper thickness. We ordered a large welcome sign from them, cookie signs, table signage, table numbers, and double-sided personalized menus, all cut down to size!! The end result looked incredibly professional and uniform, and made our wedding look extra elevated.
100% I would recommend this store and will be going back myself. Thank you Michael and Oscar!
