On January 20th I walked almost 15 minutes to drop off a packed and labeled Starlink equipment to return it. The employee at this store refused to take the package and by mentioning Elon Mask’s name said that they are not allowed to accept the package! And also said that the package has battery, but it doesn’t. Next day I dropped off the package in another Fedex store close by, the employee was very polite, professional and nice. He accepted the package without any lie and rude attitude like the one who wasted my time and caused me to walk 30 minutes in a cold weather. I appreciate the employee who helped me with the regular return process and shame on the guy who gave me the wrong information that Elon Mask package can’t be acceptable! He should train one more time to understand that the Fedex business is not his private business. If the package wasn’t acceptable to return, it couldn’t have the Fedex Return Label!
I will go to this FedEx over other ones, and over USPS/UPS any day. The customer service here is stellar. Even if this was this most expensive option (which it does not seem to be), the staff makes it my preferred choice.

They saved me today, I lost my conference poster in the Uber, they printed it for me in just half an hour, Sommen is an awesome worker, she is so kind, I don't know how can I express my gratitude to her! Thank you FedEx!
