When my condo policy deductibles changed, she quickly provided accurate information and explained it clearly so I can understand the policy. Signing documents electronically and returning them to Allstate on time was easy. Whether I have needed help with my home or car, she has always been responsive and on point!   I had the greatest agent, kind, patients, caring. It was too expensive for me specially without road service. Retired and don’t drive much. I had this insurance on 2014,15 too.Reccomend them to everybody. Very professional company. 👏👌🌹
