  Such terrible service and an outrageous shipping price to go with it. I waited to drop off a package while the folks behind the counter chatted it up with a customer that seem to be a former staff member. While I waited, I heard all of the office gossip saw introductions between new staff and old, and so on. When the social visit was finally over, I was called up to the counter with less enthusiasm than a sleeping goldfish. After a quick weigh and dimension check of my package (only 6 lbs and a normal box size) I was informed that it would cost over $35 to send it to Massachusetts. Further, the guy behind the counter told me that my packaging wasn't good enough and I need to spend another $25+ on their packaging to send it out. Are you kidding me? I walked out, sat in my car, entered the same weight and dimensions into another carrier's website and was only charged $12. You can guess where I'm headed tomorrow morning. I won't be back to this UPS store ever again.

  Staff here are awful. The lady that appear to be the manager was too busy to be bothered. With every minuscule break in conversation, she just goes back to her phone doing whatever personal thing she's doing. It's clear that that you being a customer to the store is an absolute nuisance to her time.

  I had such a great experience at UPS thanks to Alex and Kevin. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely went out of their way to help me with my packages. From the moment I walked in, they made the process smooth and stress-free, answering my questions and making sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s not often you come across customer service like that—they really made a difference and turned what could have been a routine errand into a positive experience. Huge thank you to both of them for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate it!
