  I did not have a good experience. I contacted this agency with questions on my policy and rates after noticing a $200 increase for my 2026 - 2027 premium (no claims past 10-years). The agency poc could not answer my questions about coverages. I asked for a policy review and got a new quote that was higher than the one I was questioning. The agency poc said it was a new product that gave better coverage at lower cost. Clearly they did not review the new quote before sending. I've been with Allstate for 40+ years. This is not an agency I want to have on my team if I ever do have to file a claim.

  I have only had positive experiences working with Michael Lee at Allstate Insurance. He has consistently provided me with excellent customer service and reached out to me via email to follow up and make sure all of my needs have been met. I feel that the amount I am currently paying for renters insurance is very affordable. I am very satisfied with the high quality of service that I’ve been receiving from Michael Lee at Allstate Insurance!
