  Bueno la verdad quería pasar por cricket me gusta la compañía El único problema ahí trabaja dos la muchacha abla bien el español y no nos quiso ayudar solo nos mando a un muchacho que solo abla un poco el español ni se ablar en inglés que malo pueden corregir el error gracias

  This real rude guy name Rod is the worst customer service employee I've ever experienced. I came in looking for a new phone and line. I found a phone I liked which was a iPhone5s... He suggested me to get the 6. I said no thanks. Rod gave me this rude plain face look. As I was going through the data plans Rod insisted again for me to get the iPhone6 I SAID NO. He seems to not acknowledge what customers say to him. I chose the $50 plan for 5gb but once again this terrible rude employee name Rod suggested and said get the $60 for 10gb. I told the guy ''sir you lack social skills I will not tolerate you anymore''. And I left the store. Rod needs to go back to training and learn the basic steps of selling a phone. And not making suggestions what he believes I should get, when it's my choice and money.
