  My go to for notary public, printing and shipping. Please note that for the time being they are not able to accept UPS/USPS returns by QR code. Hopefully it gets sorted out, as they are an authorized UPS retailer, but this was the situation today. Ranking five stars because the team is always kind and courteous, the store is clean and pleasant, location is convenient and it's a cute neighborhood spot

  Excellent service from start to finish. The staff are friendly, professional and always willing to help. The store itself is spacious, tidy and modern. I appreciate the great customer service and attention to details. Highly recommend this UPS Store on N Kings Hwy

  I visited UPS today to have a passport photo taken. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me was very disrespectful and unprofessional. The first photo she took was not good, so I politely asked if she could take another photo, but she refused and told me that she could not take another photo. She also used inappropriate and disrespectful language toward me. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated as a customer. There was no supervisor available at the time for me to report the issue in person. I believe customers should always be treated with respect and professionalism. I would appreciate it if UPS would review this incident and address the employee’s behavior. The customer service I received was extremely disappointing.

  I had prepaid labels. I dropped four boxes and the front desk lady checked the weight of all of them. They were all well below the limit. Once they reached to the other party they charged them 50 dollars for over weight. I have been calling them to file a dispute but they are not listening as the receipt says 0.0 lb. Always be careful while taking your recpt. They are fraud.
