  I have been a long-term customer of this UPS Store, and until today, I had never had a problem here. The staff was always courteous and helpful, and the service was usually quick and professional. This morning, however, my experience was very different. I came in to process a return with a QR code. While I was looking for the QR code on my phone, the employee asked me a question that I did not understand. I did not respond right away and continued looking for the QR code to show him. After I found it, he commented that I should have said I had a QR code instead of ignoring him, because his question was whether I was going to pay. I explained that I genuinely did not know whether payment was required, since some returns are prepaid and some are not. Instead of simply clarifying the process, he continued commenting on what I “should have said when asked.” English is my forth language, and I found the interaction patronizing and unnecessarily disrespectful. A simple misunderstanding did not justify being lectured by staff. I hope this was an isolated incident, because this experience was very disappointing compared to the professional service I had always received there before.

  Easy To process returns. Friendly efficient staff, and they always have the right tape plus there is a Xerox machine.

  UPS Kingstown I believe the manager questioned what was in my shipping box. I told him the price because I know that is important. However, he wanted specific details. I have been to this UPS in the past, and no one ever questioned the exact content of my package. I have seen the same guy there not question orher patrons. He had a very unfriendly disposition. Be careful, not all are treated fairly.

  Great staff, great service. Have been using this mail center for years and all employees are very helpful and respectful even when line is out the door waiting for assistance.

  Went to UPS Kingstowne Center Dr. to drop off Amazon package return. There was a long line for the services around 3:30 PM. One of UPS associates ask if I drop off something and I said yes. Then, he said there was a scanner in the back and I've tried to scan the Amazon return QR code sheet and it did not work. So I've asked the guy for help. He looked at me once and kept writing something. Other people on the line said he should help me, but I was hesitant to go back to the my previous spot on the line because there were 5-6 people waiting on the line. Then I asked people if it's okay to stand back on the line and they said it's okay. THIS UPS CENTER ASSOCIATE WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO HELP CUSTOMERS DID NOT HELP AND PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ON THE INCONVENIENT SPOT. Either they could say, "Please go back to your spot. Will help you in a minute." or "Can you accept his dropoff package?" Their scanner machine kiosk did not work, but their scanner on the counter worked. I think this UPS store was below par as Amazon Dropoff center.
