  Honestly, this place is the most reasonable for shipping items at the moment. I tried USPS and Parcel Plus, USPS was twice the cost to ship and Parcel Plus was 25% more expensive than the UPS store. Additionally, the other places had much longer lines. The UPS store was not only the least expensive, but the service was much more efficient.

  Andres, the manager was so helpful and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. Andres laminated some bookmarks for me and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend this UPS store because of the lovely, kind, helpful staff, especially Andres!

  I came to return to big packages from Amazon because Amazon says I can return my things here. I’ve done it before too, but it seems like every time I come the workers here have some problem with my Amazon return. If you don’t like Amazon returns, don’t work here. I come here. The guy tells me my screen is too dim to scan fine that’s OK. He says three dollars to print it, but I don’t want you to waste your money. I understand this has happened before a different man who helped me before said I can email it to store email and he can scan it through the computer screen. This has happened before I asked the employer this day if he can do that he tells me it’s three dollars to print off. I told him that they’ve done this before though and he tells me it’s three dollars to print. The store was not busy. I don’t understand why it was so complicated to just scan something of a computer. two seconds of your day. two seconds.

  Full service store that would not print a prepaid label for you in charge almost 4 dollars to print one. Never coming back here again.

  The service here is impeccable. The staff is not only lovely but also remarkably attentive—every question is met with grace, expertise, and a genuine smile.
