  App wasn’t working on line for the past week and I wasn’t able to use my rewards or points.. I went into Subway to figure out the issue and to see if they would help being as though I am a continuous customer. They said they can’t apply the rewards which is unfair because it’s the app and online that’s not working.. Evetone is complaining about it..

  There is a sign on the door that says first responders get 20% off but upon showing them my first responder id badge, they didnt honor the discount, and claimed they had no idea what i was talking about, which was disappointing.
