I felt discriminated here, I am a non Hispanic went in for a Philly sandwich, lady didn’t want to fill up my sandwich saying she is out of ingredients, the guy behind ( talking Hispanic ) she gave everything I wanted filling up his sandwich. Don’t recommend this location unless #subway takes cares of it.
I ordered from here on door dash and did not select cheese on my sandwich and they decided to put it on anyway. I have a dairy allergy and I was eating it before I noticed. Now I will miss work today and I can't even get refunded for it. These people are the worst and can't follow simple sandwich directions.
El lugar estaba vacío otra persona y yo estábamos comiendo, y las empleadas querían me saliera porque tenia q mapear, entiendo q es su trabajo, pero debería de tener un poco de consideración con los clientes y esperar q terminemos de comer,

The staff here are unbelievably rude and condescending. Every interaction feels like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order. They go out of their way to be unpleasant, and somehow manage to make customers feel like they’re the inconvenience.
You have to repeat your order multiple times, and even then there’s a good chance they’ll still get it wrong. I’ve also been overcharged, and instead of taking ownership, they act as though the communication barrier is somehow your fault.
At this point, the lack of customers feels less like a coincidence and more like a reflection of the customer service which is practically nonexistent.
I hope they can receive better training in customer service, as they end up being very rude and fail to focus on the order.
