  I visited this Subway restaurant today and had a very disappointing experience. The employee serving me was far from polite and came across as quite aggressive. Even when he clearly did not understand what I was saying, he responded with sarcastic smiles and behaved in an unprofessional manner. At times, he would exchange smirks with a coworker and say things in Spanish. It was quite obvious that they were talking about the customer they were serving at that moment. As a customer, I found this behavior disrespectful and unacceptable. Professionalism and basic courtesy should be expected in any customer service environment.

  The store messed up my whole order. I paid 16 dollars for a wrong non meal. I ordered a wrap meal with lays chips a bottle Gatorade and 3 for 2.89 cookies. I got a sandwich on wheat it looks like roast beef. No chip 1 chocolate chip and not the (1 double chocolate, macadamia nut and raspberry). I have called 8 times and they pickup and hang up. I am so upset! Horrible

  Store owner Yun Lee was yelling at an employee in a very disrespectful manner in the back and could be heard out front. I was so upset that I confronted her as she was leaving the store. I asked her if she was the manager and she said no. I called back and asked for the manager later in the day and was informed that she was the owner. The employee said that this happens all the time. She should treat her employees as human beings and not cattle. I visit this store multiple times per week and the shift staff are very nice and will do anything to make your sandwich how you like.
