  Service here was awful. They were out of Italian herb & cheese bread and have limited meat options. They are also extremely stingy with their veggies. I didn’t even purchase my sandwich because they waited until after they started making it to tell me they would charge me an additional $1.00 per slice of cheese - not $1.00 for extra cheese, $1.00 per SLICE of cheese. That would make a double cheese (no meat) veggie sandwich and additional $4.00 on top of their already overpriced sandwiches. In addition, food safety here is not a priority. I saw the woman working touch her apron without changing her gloves AND they put all the food from my sandwich back in to the bins to re-serve, including the already sliced bread. I brought home the other sandwich I purchased for my sister and the cheese was dry. Not a great impression.

  I rarely eat subs but decided to have one today. The atmosphere is clean and customer service with Rubel was superb. He made sure my bacon was cooked to perfection, neatly packed our bag and offered relevant info on subways specials!! I will be back!!

  I ordered a steak and cheese with egg on an Italian herb and cheese baguette. I received it on flatbread instead. The staff was already rude upon me picking it up by not greeting or creating a warm atmosphere. The customer service could be taught better by management I believe. Between getting my order wrong and the lack of customer service I wouldn't come back quite honestly. Video of sandwich is attached. Receipt of order is in my app showing the bread type ordered. The subway further down the street has way better customer service honestly.
