  I just want to be able to call and talk to a human at THIS STORE because they were closed the last two days and I don’t want them to return the shipment they’ve been holding for me. There needs to be a local number. Indeed they returned the shipment, without any reminder emails or warnings, and there’s literally no way to call the store and say “hey work is extra awful this week and I can’t get out of the office during your business hours to pick up, can you hold my package an extra couple days?” The employee I spoke with in the store was completely unsympathetic and unkind about it too.
