  Sometimes when we call FedEx for a last minute print job its a last minute hail mary. Stress levels are high, time is short and the last thing you want to do is to deal with an impossible automated system or a shop that does not understand urgency - even if it does not really concern them... And then there is FedEx print in Alexandria VA - both are great but Dionna at the location at 2241 Eisenhower is a world class gem - when she picks up the phone everything settles down and you know your in good kind exceptionally competent hands. All hail Dionna she is a legend in my book! If you need it done quick and well thats where you should go!

  Beware: Does not honor 5pm ground drop off as posted on fedex. I was told in person 4:30p, however packages in the door at 4:20p still did not go out that day.

  On or about May 27, 2026, I submitted four documents for binding. The order was well within the scope of the printing and binding services that FedEx Office advertises and routinely provides. During my visit, an employee expressed frustration about the size of the project and suggested that another location would be better equipped to handle the work. He stated that a different binding method was available elsewhere and noted that a previous order of mine had taken nearly two days to complete due to the binding process. As a customer, I was discouraged from using the services offered solely because of the project's size. Rather than addressing the request or explaining any operational limitations, I was sent elsewhere. Customers should receive consistent service, professionalism, and a willingness to assist regardless of the size of their order.

  Thanks to me. I updated the store times for you. All you guys should really take note of the hours that are on your actual door vs what putting out ONLINE and save people a trip because it’s very USELESS If I need something. Since no one was competent enough to update the online hours, I’ll be making another review for one star just to bring this place to I where it needs to be. Suffered the biggest inconvenience today for something that could’ve been prevented something that’s so simple as UPDATED HOURS and that lazy man that watch me try to open the door then came out to smoke a cigarette I hope your cough doesn’t go away. Refused to help even though he was in the store. Don’t bother coming to this store to print papers or to ship. The self service printer DOESNT WORK, you’ll end up having your card charged only to print it out behind the counter. You’re better off at the UPS in Old town on West street just 6 min away. Better parking as well. NEVER COMING AGAIN

  They had long lines. Went 3 times in 2 days and they had “tech issues” where they couldn’t scan my QR code. Went to another fed ex office location and they had the same issue but actually took a minute to troubleshoot and were able to take care of me.
