  Location and parking is not ideal, but I can always find parking under the metro track. I have only done returns here, but everything went well. I continue to come here for all of my packing/shipping needs.

  Ugh I went to go do a return in the exact same box for them to try to get me to buy a box to put it in. Why do we keep using FedEx? I feel like UPS is so much better.

  Had a great experience at this FedEx location! The employee who helped me (Batu (sp?)) went above and beyond — patient, friendly, and knew his stuff! Made what could’ve been a stressful errand quick and easy. Really appreciate the support. Will definitely be back! Also, who knew there was parking in the back?!

  The employees are super nice at this location. They're also knowledgeable and professional, great for helping with print jobs and will custom box your items if needed. They recently installed a super helpful self service scanning kiosk for dropping off packages. Parking in the front can be tricky but they have free parking in the rear.

  Sometimes when we call FedEx for a last minute print job its a last minute hail mary. Stress levels are high, time is short and the last thing you want to do is to deal with an impossible automated system or a shop that does not understand urgency - even if it does not really concern them... And then there is FedEx print in Alexandria VA - both are great but Dionna at the location at 2241 Eisenhower is a world class gem - when she picks up the phone everything settles down and you know your in good kind exceptionally competent hands. All hail Dionna she is a legend in my book! If you need it done quick and well thats where you should go!
