  There is a male employee with white hair and beard. He is very rude and disrespectful to the customers. Fedex needs to train him and educate him please. I don't recommend this location because of his bad behavior.

  The manager and his employee (Ms. Matarida) were outstanding! The manager actually called the business we were trying to ship to for the exact instructions and made the entire process easy. Will definitely do all of our shipping through this specific branch from now on because of the manager.

  I live nearby and need to use my company's business account to ship products occasionally and I will never go to another location. Jawad is super helpful with shipping and is quick and efficient. I've been to tons of FedEx office locations throughout northern and central VA and the team here moves with a sense of urgency not seen at other locations (looking at you, Springfield). Prices are better than the UPS store across the street also. I've used their printing services a few times easily as well. Highly recommend.
