  I should have read the reviews before booking as there was not any mention about a full renovation being in place. I was also not notified at check in. This is extremely unprofessional and deceptive to the guest. I was not expecting to wake up at 9am each morning to a group of workers pounding, sawing and yelling throughout the hallways on my floor. Im sure theres a reason, but Im not understanding why they wouldnt isolate guests to lower floors and renovate a floor at a time. There were paint cans and tools laying throughout the hallway. They were also pressure washing the windows. Two days in a row there were men outside the window. The cleanliness of the actual room was sub par. Housekeeping came in each day and refreshed the sheets and nothing else. The floors were dirty. Walked around in shoes throughout our room the entire stay. There were exposed wires and build up on the shower doors.If youre looking for a relaxing hotel stay, book elsewhere until theyre completely done renovating. Im not one to leave reviews, but this was a disappointing stay.

  I was excited about trying out a Best Western plus as I have stayed at several in Washington State. I was disappointed in so many things though, when I got up I just wanted to leave and get down the road. Hallway was trashy, sheet rock dust on the floor in several places, bed made noise just sitting down on it, floor in my room was dirty, had to wash my feet before I got in the bed. A/C never cooled at 65 degree setting and it made noise through the night everything it came on like a cranking noise. Cable for the computer just had a hole in the wall for it to come through. The new floor that was put in went down when you stepped in certain areas like no leveling compound was put down to keep that from happening. I didn't even try breakfast. I will never stay here again, which I was hoping I could when I am in the area. Staff was extra nice, parking was good.

  The guy that checked us in was very nice, and the room was remodeled, but seems like a very quick job-there were wires sticking out everywhere in the room, and the bathroom had a drop ceiling, which we found very odd. The biggest reason in knocking the rating down is cleanliness. I didn't take a picture of the carpet outside of the room in the hallway, but it was VERY dirty, and my husband wiped the floor in the room because our shoes seemed to be sticking and it was also VERY dirty. The breakfast was fine, just not many healthy choices (wasn't even oatmeal when we were there) so we didn't eat much at all. On the plus side, the beds/pillows were comfortable, tv worked fine, the fitness center was nice, and the shower is very nice-not a ton of water pressure, but it got plenty hot enough.

  I wish I could give 0 stars. This hotel should NOT be open until they finish renovations! I have attached pictures of the boarded up front door that meant the doors that should have been locked (located in the stairways by the way) were unlocked. This meant anyone could come in to the hotel and there was no monitoring of who was coming and going since people weren’t using the front door. There were 2 elevators, but only 1 was working which meant our middle school kids were mostly using the stairs. Many rooms had been smoked in and had to be aired out, broken bed, broken shower, dirty bed linen, bugs, rooms clearly not cleaned. Oh, let’s not forget about the backed up toilet! And when the chaperone went to the front desk to notify them of the backed up toilet, they gave him a plunger instead of calling maintenance!
