  My car was having trouble starting so I went in to do a battery test. Robert was super helpful and attentive. He helped me quickly went out to do a battery test in my car. Gave me some advice on a couple battery options and switched out the battery for me all within 25 minutes. It was seamless and he was super helpful. Robert 👏

  I Told them the name make and model of my car and they still sold me the wrong part, did not accept return. Then whichever employee(Nice guy nothing against him), decides to inspect my reciept after saying they dont accept it....Then whats the point of reading of my reciept?

  The young man that helped my went above and beyond my expectation when I went to buy a new battery for my Outback. The terminals were corroded and he cleaned the battery and terminals, saying that that may have been preventing the car from starting. He said I may not need a battery and we should try that first. When that proved not to be the case, he looked up the right battery and have me options with different price points and warranties. He then installed the battery I choseand I was in my way in less than 30 minutes.

  It seems like the owner reads the reviews, I’m leaving one because I hope it helps to better the training of staff in the future. There is a young fellow that works there, He wouldn’t stop dropping f-bombs and making inappropriate racially charged jokes while there were customers inside. I also noticed him getting aggressive with an older gentleman which is what prompted me to leave this review. This is my neighborhood AAP and would like to see tighter training tolerance or risk losing customers. I shop here all the time and would love to notice positive changes after this review and I will happily change my review to a 5 star! Otherwise keep helping the community get their cars on the road 💪
