  I hate this location it so slow and they only cater to Spanish people which is wild because why? lol I went in there and the girl was too busy flirting with the male customer I was on line for 40 minutes and it was only 3 ppl there on line. I called and wud u believe they put me on hold and never called back. The people that work there must be related to the owner cuz where they do business like this at? I hang up.

  The man with glasses who attended me was absolutely horrible. He had a very bad attitude and spoke to me in a rude and condescending way, almost as if he were scolding me. He acted like customers are supposed to know everything before coming into the store, including exactly where every item is located. You should not have to be an expert or know the layout of the store just to ask for help. His attitude was extremely unpleasant, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Customer service should be about helping people with patience and respect, not making them feel stupid for asking questions. On the other hand, the short young lady was completely different. She was patient, respectful, and actually knew how to do her job and help customers properly. She deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. Unfortunately, because of the man's attitude, this was a very unpleasant experience.

  From my experience, nothing could have been better. Aeric did an amazing job helping me today. He was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. If you get the chance to work with Aeric, I highly recommend it. Great experience overall!

  Very disappointing experience at this Advance Auto Parts on Duke Street. Staff attitude was bad from the start no real effort to explain the parts or help troubleshoot when something didn’t work. One female employee in particular was disrespectful and spoke to customers rudely; no professionalism at all. Overall, customer service here is seriously lacking. I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this location.

  Please fire Lawrence or Lawson (I forgot his name but I’m 99% sure it starts with an L) he is African American & has a big belly & somewhat long hair. (not sure else how to describe him). He is the laziest rude employee I have ever seen. I visited this 4349 Duke street location because the one on baileys crossroad didn’t have power and He had so many bad remarks like saying “grown man and doesn’t even know what kind of car he drives” well sorry but I’m barely in the country and drive maybe 3,4 times a times a month. Of course I don’t know every detail about my car. I had to swap my car battery and it literally says free battery changes yet he refused to do anything besides look at us. The lady there was very helpful but the Lawrence guy is just miserable and doesn’t deserve a job. When he was checking my car battery he was literally smoking cigarettes and puffing it in our faces. Who even does that? Whoever is the manager needs to discipline him or fire him
