  I placed an order for 4 rotors and brake pads online for my 2020 Toyota Camry se. On the website it said it’s an exact fit for my car. I picked it up on 8/31/26. When I tried to install the rear brake pads and rotors, it wasn’t a fit for my car. So I took it back on 9/2 to the store. Store manager JARRELL ALLEN was really rude and would not even look at the parts to return it bc he said it’s open and it looks like you tried to put it on. No $h!t Sherlock… I tried to put it on that’s how I found out it doesn’t fit. Maybe fix the website? Anyways, he didn’t rerun my stuff. He left right after bc his shift was over. Seems like he doesn’t care enough about his job. I hope advanced auto takes appropriate action against him or else they will keep loosing their customers. Anyways, I spoke with the customer service and came back to the store again and Erica returned the order. Maybe she should be the store manager not JARRELL ALLEN. JARRELL ALLEN I HOPE YOU GET FIRED FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

  The staff is good always helpful but specially the general manager is so rude if they are helping me with something he comes and he behaves like he owns it and I felt so disappointed. I’m just writing it down because I felt so bad I left the store and I’m leaving. I’m inside my car and I always used to come in the store whenever I want to buy something from my car but not coming on this specific branch next time the general manager is very good.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Saved Me $500+! Jarrell is the Best! I had an incredible experience at the Advance Auto Parts on Richmond Highway in Alexandria, VA. The store manager, Jarrell, completely saved the day and kept at least $500 in my pocket compared to the outrageous quote I received from the dealership. Jarrell took the time to help me find every single correct part and fluid my car needed, including: •Fuel line cleaner •Coolant system flush •Cabin air filter •Front wipers To make things even better, he installed my new wiper blades for free right on the spot! He also let me know about a great program they offer where you can get annual wiper blade replacements for just a small charge. It is absolutely worth it to come here, save yourself some serious money, and handle these smaller maintenance items yourself. Dealerships really overcharge for these things. Highly recommend this location and Jarrell!
